Our History
JDR Web Solutions, Inc was started in March 2003 as an additional service of JDR Solutions, Inc to help offset the costs of the necessary infrastructure maintained for its Lease Management division. As the company has grown over the last few years, so did our skillsets, and the newer division of the company has grown exponentially as our customers continue to be satisfied and share their experiences. In August of 2007, JDR Web Solutions, Inc became its fully owned unique entity, continuing to support the original parent company and the many Website and Printing customers.
Our Team
Douglas R. Williams, President
Doug Williams is the President of JDR Web Solutions, Inc. His current guidance has created an IT infrastructure capable of supporting staff members, joint ventures, internet presence for multiple ecommerce customers, and international ASP solutions. He continues his role as Vice-President CIO of JDR Solutions, Inc.
Prior to JDR Solutions, from 1998 thru 2001, Doug led CIT's InfoLease Service Bureau as their application development manager with responsibilities for staff located in multiple international locations. His primary responsibilities were to identify enhancements required and direct assignments to the analysts and software developers. He established quality assurance guidelines and environments, and implemented processes for the life cycles of software implementation. Unique personal expertise was acquired in automated collection interfaces, securitizations data reporting, data warehouses, user-friendly customer interfaces maintaining specific InfoLease standards, as well as conversion processes from and to InfoLease databases.
Doug has 7 years in the brokerage industry holding a stockbrokers license, managing the systems operations with automated interfaces to the Chicago Board of Trade, and created and managed user assistance departments. He also spent 9 years in the health care industry, managing multiple office relocations, overnight growth expansions, automated medical claims adjudication between providers and health care benefit administrators, and developed financial administration systems.
Amy Hassos, Project Manager and Creative Director
Amy Hassos is the project manager and creative director for JDR Web Solutions. She has been either in the printing or publishing industry for over 15 years. She has a passion for small businesses. As a small business owner herself, she understands the unique challenges today that a small business owners encounter. She loves spending time with the clients and figuring out exactly what they need and what they expect.
Amy works with several outsourcing resources in the midwest to provide you with the lowest prices possible. She will help determine what your budget is and help you achieve realistic goals within your budget. Over the years she has established a network of graphic designers that are skilled in marketing and branding.
Prior to working with JDR she started freelancing for large publishing companies as a layout tech and illustrator. She then started a small business that does laser engraving. http://www.specializedcomposition.com. By starting an online store herself she gained a greater understanding for the importance of having a well presented website. Her passion is to help other web based companies look great on the web.
